thanks blog...

{day ocho} man. i didn't feel like doing a thing as far as working out today. blogging and logging surely gives me the motivation needed. thanks blog. let's see, my arms are shaking a bit. i just finished my upper body workout using my new five pounders. And i had a longer mileage on my 48 minute elliptical workout. feeling GOOD.
