i love austin and ikea...
{day veinte} tony and i took off early in the morning for a birthday party in austin. no workout unless i count the walking in ikea...twice! i took a second trip with his family since they hadn't been before. super fun weekend!

someone owes some sweat...
{day dieciocho} i pushed it on the elliptical for an hour...sweat never felt so good! it would have been nice to run today if i got home earlier for some light, well maybe not it was way too hot today...texas, why should i be suprised... i also worked my upper and lower body strength workout.

the beginning of forty...
{day diecisiete} ash wednesday plus one meal plus getting home late plus a lot of sleepiness equals a lovely rest and early slumber... and i'm giving up eating out...anywhere...forty days...bets have been placed...

roping for a minute is harder than i thought...
{day dieciseis} my legs felt so heavy and tired today. i decided to walk the hilly three mile. so i also did the cardio workout on my wedding dvd workout and the upper body strength workout, and ended with chaz's yoga for flexibility podcast. still following the eating plan.

sweaty hour...
{day quince} i pulled off an hour on the elliptical while watching rich bride poor bride... those demanding brides are crazy... almost had to switch the channel. i also started my self challenge eating plan. so far so good! i also did my lower body workout.

and another rest...
{day catorce} i think i should just designate fridays and sundays as rest days. so today i'm enjoying some sunday rest, aka school work, laundry, and some cleaning around the house...
